Am I The Right Coach For You?
Through trial and error I’ve learned who I am able to help and who I am not. Making Sure we are aligned leads to better results and happier coaching relationships. That’s what I want for you.
From experience, my coaching style does not suit athletes that:
- Prefer instant, text-message-like coaching.
- Find detailed, nuanced feedback responses annoying.
- Are only wanting to use endurance training / triathlon as a vehicle for losing weight.
- Feel their sole motivation / enjoyment in training comes from social & group workouts.
For my1-1 remote approach to work effectively, you must:
- Be at least 20 years old
- Be willing (and have the capacity) to work hard and show me consistency.
- Be willing and able to communicate with me regularly and consistently
- Be comfortable committing to a minimum of 3 months
- Own a Garmin, Suunto or Polar Watch with HR & GPS capabilitiesOwn (or be open to purchasing) a bike Power Meter
